3. Services Included:
Includes social media visuals, booklets, certificates, commercial campaigns, visual identity branding, and multimedia design solutions.
4. Order & Execution Workflow:
Partner submits project briefs with required assets. Retina reviews, confirms timelines and discounted partner quotation before commencing work.
5. Pricing & Special Rates:
Partner receives customized preferential pricing tiers tailored to project scope and complexity.
6. Delivery & Formats:
Retina commits to delivering high-resolution production-ready files in the agreed digital formats.
7. Revisions Policy:
Agreed revisions are fulfilled per service scope. Structural brief changes after design completion may incur nominal addon fees.
8. Content Responsibility:
Partner provides text copy and trademark assets, ensuring legal rights to provided media.
9. Intellectual Property:
Partner receives full usage rights for delivered final artwork. Retina retains portfolio exhibition rights unless explicitly opted out.
10. Term & Duration:
This agreement is effective upon registration for a period of One (1) Calendar Year (Renewable).
11. Communications:
Official coordination proceeds via the registered WhatsApp and call contact points.
12. Partner Acknowledgment:
Partner confirms full accuracy of provided information and freely enters this strategic collaboration.
